This Clinic is now my go to for my health concerns. During todays visit, Ishart at the front desk was very helpful. All the staff at this location are friendly and helpful. Dr Oyeleke is a great doctor, very helpful and caring. He's not the typical doctor that has become the norm. He allows you to actually ask more than just one question about your health concerns. He also has genuine interest in helping you get to the bottom of your issue. Today he wasn't in so we saw Dr. Aria. He was willing to see us even after he had already stopped seeing patients for the day. He was helpful, kind and understanding of our concerns. It's refreshing to see that there are still doctors that care about helping you. Thank you to the Doctors and all staff at this clinic. Keep up the great work! ~ Andrea C

As a parent, it’s incredibly stressful and frustrating to watch your child suffer from a high fever, cough, and cold for more than five days. After taking my child to the SHN after-hours clinic, the doctor recommended Advil and Tylenol, the same advice we received from our pediatrician. However, I felt disheartened as I hoped for a different approach. Thankfully, when we visited the Golfdale Walk-in clinic, the doctor took a different route, and I am so grateful for their care and expertise. Thanks to the two doctors, my child is finally feeling better. Thanks to God and their management for placing this walk-in clinic with professional staff available 7 days a week who perform what a doctor should do: listen to the patient and parents and provide actual treatments. ~ Jun-Joepel F

I am very satisfied with the service I received today. Not only was the wait time short, but the staff were very pleasant. It was clear to see that they were a little short on staff today, but even that wasn't enough for them to lower their level of service with each individual patient. I felt heard, supported, and guided with how the doctor listened to me. She did an amazing job of answering my questions, as well as everyone else there. Not once did I feel like an inconvenience in their day. You may be saying to yourself "That's how its supposed to be!". That is true, but they went above the bar in making it that way. Exceeded All my expectations I walked in on Sunday after 3 hours driving around looking for an open walk-in clinic and most of them they were either close or they don't take flu or sore throat cases and even the ones showing they're open when I drive there they're closed this location processed me in within minutes and literally after 5 minutes I was in with the doctor and within minutes diagnosed and wrote the medication for me I highly recommend this location all the staffs are super polite and the doctor was super polite too. everyone here is super nice the opposite of my experience everywhere else highly recommended and thank you for the great service ~ Zaid M

Our previous doctor who is retiring made my husband and l aware that Dr. Gangat whose practice is in the Golfdale Walk-in Clinic was accepting new patients. We feel fortunate that this is the case. We have been very impressed with her professional yet caring manner. Although she uses her time with patients very efficiently you don’t get the feeling of being rushed. Dr.Gangat is a good listener and has a calm, reassuring presence. And the staff l have seen at the reception desk and in the pharmacy seem to be competent, with a kindly and respectful attitude to the people they are serving. As seniors we are grateful to have found this welcoming Clinic so close to our home. ~ Judi B

I called Golfdale after being turned away from a number of walk ins in Durham due to over capacity (I live in the Durham area). I needed to see a doctor for my 7 year old niece who had been sick for a few days. When I called the Receptionist they took the time to listen and understand the situation and even though they were full, managed to make space for us. Upon arriving at the clinic it was clean and the staff were courteous and professional. Eventually we saw Dr. Raja who was kind, professional and took his time to explain what he saw and provided a prescription. I was able to swiftly get the medication at the pharmacy which is located inside the clinic. The Pharmacist answered my questions. I’ve been to this clinic a few times now, and today I visited for my baby’s vaccination. He was a bit cranky and wasn’t settling down, and with a wait time of about 45 minutes, I started feeling overwhelmed thinking about how I would manage him. I truly appreciate the kindness and support from the reception staff — two of the assistants were so understanding and went out of their way to help, kindly arranging for us to see the doctor earlier than expected. By far, Dr. Saleha is one of the best primary care doctors I have seen to date. I always have an amazing experience with her. She has helped me inumerously, taken my health concerns seriously and fostered a safe space for sharing. She has changed the primary care field with her empathy, support, intelligence and more. my mother and i had a very pleasant experience today. the receptionists were friendly. dr aatif hussain was kind and compassionate. the pharmacists were helpful. mr tasnim ph was especially kind and courteous. we (on tourist visa & no health card) literally just walked in and were attended to by the doctor in less than an hour considering the number of patients who were waiting ahead of us. we appreciate your work. thank you and may all your kindness return to you a thousand fold. ~ marjorie g

I’ve been here twice. Very satisfied about it! The first time I came on a Sunday morning at 10:45am. Everything (check-in, wait for doctor, diagnose, pick up medicine) was done within 1hr. Today (regular Monday) I came at 4pm to do a follow-up, also just a walk-in. I was in and out in 10min. Very fast! The doctor was very nice and patient. He listens to my explanation about my symptoms. Overall, I am glad I found this walk-in clinic in my vicinity. ~ Enqi X

I have visited this clinic a few times and can now give a proper review. I saw Dr. Aatif during my most recent visit at this walk in clinic. He listened and addressed my illness/symptoms without rushing me out the door, unlike many other walk in doctors who tend to rush through their patients. I have an incredible experience with this clinic and Dr Leke. After 3 visits in emergency without any given proper medication I was forced to rush to this clinic as I felt with a severe ashtma attack. Dr Leke was so kind and brave enough to analyze the situation and help me with proper medication. The whole clinic staff stood for me and their generosity cannot be unnoticed . Thank you so much. Wow. Talk about all time turn arounds!! This clinic has increased in efficiency tenfold. I remember years ago coming and it was never as organized or quick to get in and out of I literally came on a Sunday, wall to wall people, in and out WITH the prescription already completed by the pharmacy in hand within a hour Just, wow! Great walk-in serive. I called in advance and held a spot for me until I arrived 1hour later. Waited an extra 40min when I got there, and once I was admitted, the procedure was quick and doctor was efficient (less than 20min to sample, diagnose and prescribe medications). Urine sampling was only 5min, very quick. A pharmacy is located right inside the same building, so once it's prescribed you can just pick it up immediately on-site. ~ Mashamallows

Words cannot describe on how I love this clinic. The reception team are very welcoming, polite and helpful. Dr. Raja has treated me, my kids and I even referred family member that were very satisfied with the outcome. I've never seen an overall professional and excellent service with caring team in Toronto more than Golfdale walk-in clinic. Excellent place ,where you can rely and treated with respect and deal fairly.Staff Isra and Shareen are wonderful,helpful and know how to do best customer service.Dr Gangat and Dr Emad are the best family physicians in this location. Office is well equipped and ventilated sitting place .They are honest with scheduling and provide right direction to the patients and customers.I do not have any experience of Golf Dale pharmacy . ~ Mansoor K

One of the best clinics I’ve been to. The doctor is very knowledgeable and helpful she listens and takes her time and I don’t feel rushed. The receptionist Israa is very helpful she is kind and polite she always accommodates my availability with appointments that work for me and whenever I’m there she’s helping other receptionist and she’s nice to all patients something that isn’t seen everywhere, she helps make my experience a positive one. ~ Fatmé M
